Rend Lake College seeks a part-time professional Computer Technician . This individual will provide audio-visual services for meetings, special events and theatre productions; provide technical support for distance learning (video conferencing) classes and meetings; provide support for classroom technologies; help install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end-user administrative and academic workstations; provide support for on- and off-campus PCs, printers and fax machines; assist with network maintenance and installation at all Rend Lake College facilities; provide support for specialized software on administrative and academic computers; and perform other duties as assigned. Night and weekend work is required. // Part-time position, up to 24 hours per week.
Associate Degree in related field from an accredited institution preferred.
Experience in the following skill sets preferred:Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
